- The kick-off meeting was held n the afternoon of April 1st, 2020. We are very concerned about the attraction and development of talents, because their integration is related to the stability of the team and the development of the business.
- The meeting was divided into 4 parts:
- The first part was the opening speech of the deputy general manager, who hoped that "everyone will find their role in this project" and come into play;
- The second part was that HRD shared the project plan, starting from the analysis of the current situation of the company's newcomers, with the design idea of "care, growth and assessment ", explained in detail about implementation plan and role task so as to ensure that they are closely linked;
- In the third part, the letter of appointment for the training partners was issued. And some of them were chousen as representatives to deliver a speech, saying that they had witnessed the rapid development of GOBAO and GOBAO had also made them successful. Also they expressed the opinion that they were willing to pay for the growth of new employees and make great efforts for the development of the company.
